Police looking for shoplifters who stole from Fergus store

The Ontario Provincial Police are trying to track down a trio of alleged shoplifters.

Officers were called to the Giant Tiger on Tower Street South in Fergus on May 13 around 11:30 p.m.

They were told days earlier, on May 9, the suspects walked into the store around 4:15 p.m., grabbed approximately $700 worth of food and clothing and then left without paying.

The first suspect is described as a 5’7” woman with an average build. She was approximately 50 years old, had black hair and wore a black dress with a head covering.

The second suspect is a 5’5” woman in her early 20s. She also had an average build and long black hair. She wore a black dress.

The final suspect has been described as a 5’5” woman in her early 20s. She had an average build, long black hair and wore a black dress.
