Motorcyclist taken to hospital after crash in Central Elgin

Provincial police say a motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a crash in Central Elgin.

Emergency crews responded the collision involving a single motorcycle at 12:04 p.m. on Wednesday.

OPP say a 60-year-old resident of London was taken to a local hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Borden Avenue/Glanworth Drive was closed between Old Victoria Road and Belmont Road near Belmont. The road has since reopened.
