Windsor wins game three on the road against Guelph

Windsor has won Game 3 over the Guelph Storm in the first round if the OHL playoffs.

The Spitfires kept the Storm at bay winning 2-1 Tuesday night at Sleeman Centre.

Windsor now takes a 3-0 lead in the best of seven OHL playoff series.

Rookie Johnny McLaughlin scored both goals; the first in the first and the second an empty-netter with a little less than two minutes to play in the game.

Goaltender Joey Costanzo came so close to getting a shutout win until Guelph scored with less than a minute in the game.

Guelph will host Windsor again on Thursday night at 7:05 p.m.
