Winnipeg police searching for missing person, last seen in July

Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help finding a 49-year-old person who hasn’t been seen in months.

Officers say Millicent Powell was last seen July 18 in Elma, Man.

Powell is described as 5-7 in height with a medium build, black and grey hair and brown eyes.

Officers are concerned for Powell’s well-being.

They ask anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact the missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
