The old headquarters of the Manitoba Tories has hit the real estate market. The 113-year-old house at 23 Kennedy Street, right across from the Manitoba Legislature, has been the headquarters of the PC Party of Manitoba for decades. A party spokesperson, however, said the building no longer fits the needs of the party and wasn’t accessible. The 3,610-square-foot former home, built in 1912 and currently owned by Nocorp Investments Ltd., has hit the market with an asking price of $800,000. The listing describes the space as a built-out office or a prime opportunity for multifamily redevelopment. As for the PC Party, it has moved its headquarters to a space on Donald Street.
