Nova Scotia’s Ellie Black is at the top of the podium after competing at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland on Sunday. The Haligonian gymnast secured the gold medal in the all-around women’s competition, becoming the first person to win two all-around gymnastics crowns at the games. Black first won the title at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. In all, Canada has won nine medals at the games – three gold, three silver and three bronze. The games will run until Aug. 2.
