Essex County OPP say one person has been charged after a traffic complaint of a “suspicious” vehicle in Leamington. On Monday at 3:29 a.m., officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on Wilkinson Street. A 33-year-old Leamington man was arrested and charged with: A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on Sept. 23, 2026, to answer to the charges.
