Commuters who rely on the Louise Bridge will need to find a different route this week. The city announced the bridge closed Monday morning and will be closed until Aug. 17 at 6 a.m. as crews work to resurface it. The west sidewalk will remain open for cyclists and pedestrians. Drivers are told to use alternate routes like the Disraeli Freeway or Provencher Bridge. Winnipeggers can look at lane closures using the city’s interactive map.
