Delta woman wins luxury home worth over $2M in PNE Prize Home draw

Delta woman Tracy Jackson has been named the winner of the $2.5-million PNE Prize Home.

A woman from Delta, B.C., is looking forward to life in luxurious new digs after nabbing this year’s PNE Prize Home - a sprawling three bed, three bath mansion worth over $2-million.

Tracy Jackson was one of 539,350 people to buy a ticket to the annual lottery at this year’s PNE fair, but the only one who will be given the keys to the much sought after abode in Langley.

Built by Miracon Developments and with an interior designed by Brown & Co., the 2025 prize home is a 3292 square-foot modern family home with special features catered to the distinguished owner, including a library and whiskey tasting room. The home also comes with a two-bedroom basement suite for visiting guests, and a two-car garage complete with EV charger.

“The PNE Prize Home is a cherished tradition, and presenting the keys to its new owner remains one of the most meaningful moments of the year for our organization,” said Shelley Frost, president and CEO of the PNE, in a release issued Monday.

“This year’s home highlights exceptional craftsmanship, innovative technology, and top-quality BC building materials. We are thrilled to congratulate Tracy, the proud new owner of this stunning Langley home.”

According to the PNE, proceeds from the sold Prize Home tickets support a variety of non-profit programs at the PNE, including agriculture, community, educational incentives, arts, and a “large number” of other local programs.

The PNE also awarded $803,295 to 50/50 winner Micheal Phillips of Surrey.
