A teen was taken to hospital after a stabbing at a business near a Scarborough high school on Monday afternoon. It happened at around 12:20 p.m. in the area of Fairfax Crescent and Warden Avenue. Police say that the initial call was to a business near SATEC W.A. Porter Collegiate Institute. When officers arrived, they found a teen suffering from stab wounds and transported the victim to hospital. Police say the injuries are not life-threatening. The suspect, a male, initially fled on foot, but was later arrested by officers. The investigation is currently ongoing.
