The Hospitals of Regina Foundation recognized some prize winners from the Hospitals of Regina Foundation’s Spring Home Lottery at a news conference on Friday. The winner of the membership loyalty prize of $10,000 cash was Brad Heidt, who has been busy seeding near Kerrobert, Sask. The early bird prize was won by Joanna Chisholm, who had a choice of a shiny new Corvette or $100,000 in cash. She said the sports car was tempting but opted for the cash. Brandie Bouvier was the winner of the $1.6 million fully furnished grand prize show home at 4201 Elderberry Crescent in the Creeks. The 50/50 prize of $560,900 went to Jill and Don McDougall, a couple who said they believe in the work done by the Hospitals of Regina Foundation. Proceeds from the lottery supports medical programs at Regina’s hospitals, including the pediatric programs at the Regina General Hospital and the children’s program at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, among many others.
