‘Absolutely beautiful weekend’ begins across the London region

Saturday starts the weekend strong, continuing the summer-like weather across the region.

“We’re setting up for an absolutely beautiful weekend across southern Ontario,” said CTV London’s meteorologist Julie Atchison.

With temperatures reaching 27, the weather feels close to 30 in the afternoon.

Both Saturday and Sunday bring high 20s, with Monday continuing the warm weather at 25 degrees.

Atchison says daytime highs are averaging about five to seven degrees about the typical weather at this time of year.

Her advice? “Get outside and enjoy this beautiful weekend.”
