Two men charged in human trafficking investigation involving youths

Guelph Police have arrested two Toronto men as part of a human trafficking investigation into the alleged sexual exploitation of two youths.

The men allegedly targeted the victims through the social media platform Snapchat, then trafficked them to cities across southwestern Ontario between September 2025 and February 2026.

Police said 26-year-old Jameel Dosu, also known as “Jay” and “DJFamousJay,” was arrested on Apr. 16. He is charged with trafficking a person under 18, procuring, advertising sexual services, material benefit from trafficking, material benefit from sexual services of a person under 18, publication of an intimate image without consent, child sexual abuse material (related offences), sexual interference, sexual assault on a victim under 16, assault, uttering threats and failing to comply with probation.

Brian Allard, a 29-year-old also known as “King,” was arrested on Apr. 26. He is charged with trafficking a person under 18, procuring, material benefit from trafficking, material benefit from sexual services of a person under 18, sexual interference, sexual assault on a victim under 16 and disobeying a court order.
