Man allegedly placed recording device on shoe to film females in Waterloo

Waterloo Regional Police are reporting a voyeurism incident that happened at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo.

Last Monday, at around 7 p.m., officers were called to the mall after they received reports of suspicious activity.

Police said employees saw the man put a recording device on his shoe and begin filming females.

Before police got there, he was confronted by staff and fled the area.

Police shared an image of a person they are looking to speak to in connection to the incident.
