No threat at Brantford high school following investigation into alarming phone call: police

Brantford police say there is no threat at Brantford Collegiate Institute after the school received an alarming phone call involving a firearm Wednesday morning.

The school was under lockdown for roughly an hour as Brantford police investigated.

Police say multiple officers arrived on the scene quickly and cleared the entire building.

Around 10:45 a.m., police determined where was no active threat and school resumed as normal.
