More than 30 years after Neil McDougall disappeared from a small village south of Hanover, his fate continues to elude investigators. McDougall was 40 years old when he disappeared. He was last seen on Oct. 12, 1985, at a home in Ayton. Police eventually found his car in the same area. The OPP continues to lead the investigation into the disappearance, and the province is now offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Foul play is suspected in his disappearance, although police have not specified what information leads them to believe that.
