Four people have non-life-threatening injuries after a multi-vehicle crash during rush hour on Highway 400 in north Barrie Monday. Simcoe County paramedics say a tow truck and two passenger vehicles were involved in the crash that happened at around 5:15 p.m. on Highway 400 northbound at Duckworth Street. A spokesperson from the OPP says the road is partially closed and only one lane is getting by as of 7:30 p.m. Police, paramedics and fire crews were all on scene.
