1 seriously injured after assault at west Edmonton home

A male was taken to hospital with serious injuries on Thursday after an assault in west Edmonton.

Police were called to a home at 95 Avenue and 149 Street for a report of an altercation at 7:20 a.m.

A lone male was taken to hospital from the scene.

No further information has been released by police.
