Canadian rockers The Guess Who to kick off 2026 tour in Moncton

Canadian rock band The Guess Who have announced they will tour the country next year for the first time in more than two decades.

The celebratory Takin’ It Back tour will kick off at the Avenir Centre in Moncton, N.B., on May 26. Halifax, which the band plays on May 27, is the only other stop in the Maritimes.

There will be 10 other stops, including Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.

Don Felder, former lead guitarist of the Eagles, will join the tour as a special guest.

“We can’t wait to see you next year as Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings reunite as The Guess Who for the first time in 23 years,” reads a post on the band’s Facebook page.

Bachman and Cummings say it will be their first tour under the band name since settling a trademark dispute with former group members Jim Kale and Garry Peterson.

The duo previously had to perform The Guess Who hits such as “American Woman” and “These Eyes” as Bachman-Cummings instead.

The band previously announced shows in Niagara Falls, Ont., on Jan. 31, 2026 and as part of a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., from Feb. 23 to Feb, 27.

Presale tickets for the Takin’ It Back tour go on sale at 10 a.m. local time Tuesday. The general sale begins Friday.
