Canada has now fully vaccinated 80.09 per cent of the country's eligible population. Here’s what else you need to know to start your day.

1. Trapped underground: A rescue operation underway for 39 people stuck underground at Vale's Totten Mine in Sudbury, Ont., successfully retrieved four miners overnight, CTV News has confirmed.
