U.S. President Donald Trump touched down in Tel Aviv, Israel on Monday with the first lady for his second stop of his first international trip as president.

Walking alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife, Sara, on a red carpet after emerging from Air Force One, President Trump appears to reach out for Melania’s hand. Without breaking stride, the first lady then seems to quickly swat away the president’s outstretched digits.

The first lady’s apparent rebuff of her divisive husband produced numerous online messages of support from Trump detractors, such as “We are all Melania” and “Most of America feels the same."
