Mounties are searching for two suspects who pulled a gun to steal two cases of Twisted Tea from a beer store in Selkirk. It happened at a Main Street business around 10 p.m. on Dec. 7. Security video of the incident, released by RCMP, shows one suspect grab two cases of an alcoholic beverage from the fridge, while the other holds the door and pulls out a gun, pointing it at staff members inside before running from the store. CTV News spoke with one of the employees at the store who was working at the time of the robbery. They called the situation scary and added they took shelter by locking themselves in the cooler. They confirmed all the suspects took was two cases of half-and-half Twisted Tea. Police said the two suspects—both believed to be male—remain on the loose. CTV News has decided not to publish the video, as the ages of the suspects are unconfirmed.
