What’s Up YQG: Art in the Park, Poutine Feast, Amherstburg Open Air Weekend

It’s the unofficial start to festival season in Windsor with Art in the Park, Open Air Weekends in Amherstburg and Poutine Feast all happening this weekend.

Here’s a look at Windsor-Essex events from June 4-7.

Art in the Park

Saturday June 6 to Sunday June 7

Art in the Park is held the first full weekend in June of each year and is the signature event that launches Windsor’s festival season. This event is one of Ontario’s largest outdoor arts and crafts shows, with exhibitors from all over Ontario and Quebec. The exhibitors display and retail their wares in booths set up around the 15.5 acres of gated grounds surrounding the beautiful and historic Willistead Manor in Walkerville (Windsor), Ontario.

This will be the 47th year that the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918), acting as the agent for the Rotary Club of Windsor Foundation Fund, will be presenting Art in the Park, here in Windsor.

Cash and Electronic tickets accepted at every gate.

Ticket Prices:$7 in advance and $8 at the door Children Under 12: Free

For prepaid tickets, please be ready to show your receipt at the gate.

All proceeds raised by this event go toward supporting the restoration of Willistead Manor and the charitable projects of the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918).
