The Windsor Police Service has arrested a third suspect in connection with an ongoing murder case in the death of David Pavao. On Monday around 4:30 p.m., police went to a home in the 1000 block of Felix Avenue, where 61-year-old Ronald Holman was arrested. He is facing charges for accessory after the fact to murder and indecent interference with a dead body. An arrest warrant was also issued for 40-year-old Jason Vincent Smith, wanted for accessory after the fact to murder and indecent interference with a dead body. Police described Smith as around six feet tall, 180 pounds, with a light complexion, medium build, brown hair, and hazel eyes. The search for ‘Colin’ continues. Colin is described as a white man in his late 20s, around 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a flower or rose tattoo on the back of his hand. He’s known to frequent Windsor’s west end and downtown areas, but police only know him as Colin. 37-year-old Pavao was reported missing in August. Previously, the WPS arrested 54-year-old Shane Ladouceur and 49-year-old Marine Christine Hannah. Ladouceur is charged with first-degree murder. Hannah is charged with accessory after the fact to murder and indecent interference with a dead body.
