Oshawa woman harassed, threatened to kill another person: Toronto police

A woman from Oshawa is facing several charges in connection with a suspected hate-motivated investigation.

Toronto police say between Aug. 9 and Dec. 30, 2025, a suspect sent repeated online communications to another person and threatened to kill them. The threats, they say, allegedly included anti-Black slurs.

Police identified the accused and arrested her on Jan. 30,following the execution of a search warrant in Oshawa.

Adelaide Theodora Nunno, 21, of Oshawa, has been charged with one count of criminal harassment and nine counts of uttering threats.

Investigators say she was also wanted on an outstanding warrant in the first instance held by 14 Division. Nunno was subsequently arrested in relation to this warrant and further charged with criminal harassment and uttering threats.

She was scheduled to appear in bail court on Jan. 31.

The charged have not been tested in court.
