ATV rider dies following collision with another ATV north of Kingston, Ont.

Ontario Provincial Police say an ATV rider has died following a collision with another ATV in Parham, north of Kingston.

The two ATVs collided on McLean Road at around 8 p.m. Friday. One driver, a 20-year-old man from Parham, was seriously injured. Witnesses and others performed first aid on him before first responders arrived.

Police say the man died in hospital on Tuesday.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.

OPP said as part of the investigation, the other ATV driver, another 20-year-old man, was given a breath test at the scene and received a three-day licence suspension for registering within the warning range.
