Montreal police seek potential victims of man charged with sexual assault

Montreal police are seeking any more potential victims of a man they allege sexually assaulted two people under the guise of providing massage and chiropractic care.

Jorge Luis Marin Lotfe, 35, was arrested Feb. 25 in Montreal North. He is facing sexual assault charges involving two victims, say police, adding that the incidents allegedly occurred in July 2024 and February 2026.

Police allege Marin Lotfe offered massage therapy and chiropractic services at his home through an online ad, and claim he then took advantage of that care to commit sexual acts against them.

Marin Lotfe is a white man who speaks primarily Spanish. He has green eyes and brown hair. He is 5’9” (1.81 m) tall and weighs approximately 285 lbs. (129 kg.)

Investigators are seeking to speak with any other individuals who may have been victims of or witnesses to similar acts.
