Port Stanley lift bridge closed to road traffic

The Port Stanley lift bridge is currently closed to road traffic.

The Municipality of Central Elgin posted on social media on Monday, citing the bridge being inoperable, but has since re-opened for boats to move through.

The issue is under investigation, but drivers are told to avoid the area.

You can use Carlow Road and Warren Street as an alternate route.
