Public health trying to identify bulldog involved in Stratford incident

Huron Perth Public Health wants to speak to the owner of a bulldog that was involved in an incident in Stratford.

In a news release on Friday, the health unit said an incident happened at the Stratford Education Recreation Complex on Forman Avenue on Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. They did not say what the incident involved, but they are trying to ensure the dog is up to date on its rabies vaccinations.

The dog had light brown fur, and a man, presumed to the dog’s owner, was approximately 5’10”, around 40-years-old and had grey hair and a long black beard. He was wearing sunglasses, a hat and a black band shirt. He also had two other leashed bulldogs with him at the time.
