Perth County OPP say one person has been arrested and two charges have been laid after an active investigation in Listowel. On June 30 at 1:20 p.m., officers were called to a report of a disturbance at a local residence within the area of Krotz Street West and Wallace Avenue South within Listowel. There was an increased police presence, and the public was asked to stay clear of the area. As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old from Brampton, was charged under the Criminal Code with: The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
