Brant County resident facing multiple counts of spousal assault

Multiple reported intimate partner violence incidents has led to charges for a Brant County resident.

The Ontario Provincial Police said they launched their investigation on Thursday. A 39-year-old resident was ultimately charged with assault with a weapon, three counts of spousal assault, forcible confinement and mischief under $5,000.
