Couple found days after missing persons report: YRP

York Regional police say a couple who went missing last week for several days has been located.

Police had said the couple, age 68 and 70, left their Whitchurch-Stouffville home on the afternoon of Sept. 22, and hadn’t been seen or heard from for several days.

Authorities stated the couple’s family had grown concerned for their well-being after days with no contact.

One week later, police confirmed the couple had been found, though no further details were released.
