N.B. RCMP arrests woman wanted on Canada-wide warrant

The New Brunswick RCMP has arrested a 34-year-old woman wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

The Saint John Police Force says the warrant was issued for Tasheen Cloake for violating conditions of her statutory release on Aug. 1.

The Keswick RCMP found and arrested Cloake on Friday.

Cloake, a second-time federal offender, is serving a four-year, three-month and 25-day sentence for:

• 10 counts of possession of a Schedule I/Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking
• break, enter and commit
• possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
• possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
• two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon knowing it’s unauthorized
