A section of Wortley Road in London will be temporarily closed this weekend to allow crews to complete a watermain repair. Wortley Road will be closed between Euclid Avenue and Askin Street beginning Friday morning, with the closure expected to remain in place until Monday. Pedestrian access will be maintained on the east side of Wortley Road throughout the work. Local businesses in the area will remain open during the closure. A London Transit detour will also be in effect.
