RCMP seeking information on 4th anniversary of man’s disappearance

RCMP are once again appealing to the public for information on the fourth anniversary of Shawn Roy Minness’ disappearance.

The Manitoba RCMP is putting out a call for information to help find a man who’s been missing for four years.

According to police, Tuesday marks four years since the disappearance of Shawn Roy Miness, who was last seen at his home on Tupper Street in Portage la Prairie, Man., on April 21, 2022. His family reported him missing two days later when they were unable to contact him.

Over the years, investigators have continued to look for Miness without success. Both Mounties and Miness’ family believe someone may have the key detail to solve the case and may not even realize it.

Miness was 42 at the time of his disappearance. He is described as six feet tall with brown eyes and balding brown hair.
