Canada-wide warrant issued for man charged in fatal 2013 crash

RCMP said a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the arrest of Randolf Enns, 34, after he failed to appear in court in Winnipeg on Oct. 1.

Enns, who is from Edmonton, Alta., faces charges for a July 22, 2013 fatal crash.

RCMP said a westbound semi crossed the centre line on the Trans-Canada Highway in the RM of Headingley, near the John Blumberg Golf Course, and collided with an eastbound pickup truck, killing a 21-year-old Winnipeg man.

Enns was originally charged with dangerous operation causing death and resisting a police officer.
