Vehicle crashes into Zehrs in LaSalle

A scary situation in LaSalle Monday afternoon, when a vehicle drove through the front window and into the Zehrs store.

Despite the crash, the store remained open to customers.

LaSalle police told AM800 News that the vehicle entered the building around 2:30 p.m.

Essex-Windsor EMS attended the scene and transported one person to hospital with undisclosed injuries.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
