Gas prices up across the Maritimes

The price of gas increased overnight for all three Maritime provinces. CTV's Amanda Debison shares the latest changes at the pumps.

Nova Scotia

Regular self-serve gasoline in the Halifax area increased by 10.5 cents to a new minimum price of 177.7 cents per litre.

The price of diesel did not change. It remains at a minimum price of 206.6 cents per litre.

The minimum price of regular self-serve gasoline in Cape Breton is 179.7 cents per litre. The minimum price of diesel is still 208.5 cents per litre.

Prince Edward Island

The price of regular self-serve gasoline increased by four cents on P.E.I. The minimum price is now 179.3 cents per litre.

Diesel prices increased by 2.3 cents following a previous decrease on Tuesday.

The new minimum price is 217.2 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

The price of regular self-serve gasoline increased by 6.3 cents in New Brunswick. The new maximum price is 178.7 cents per litre.

The price of diesel decreased overnight in New Brunswick following an increase on Thursday.

Prices went down by 1.6 cents to a new maximum price of 216.9 cents per litre.
