Windsor police say a man convicted with extortion, criminal harassment, and distributing child pornography has been arrested for breaching his court-imposed release conditions. Jason Nassr, 45, is appealing those convictions. Nassr, also known as Creeper Hunter, was released from custody in December 2025 with strict conditions from the Ontario Court of Appeal, including not using the internet to discuss or promote child exploitation or to take part in activity related to his YouTube channel. In January 2026, the Windsor Police Major Crimes Unit investigated and determined that he had violated those two conditions. On April 21, at 8 a.m., members of the Windsor Police City Centre Patrol (CCP) located and arrested Nassr in the 500 block of McDougall Avenue. He has been charged with two counts of failure to comply with a release order. Nassr is known for his website and channel Creeper Hunter TV, where he would identify individuals he claimed are luring underage children for sex. The channel frequently features Nassr posing as a child online and then confronting and videotaping those who arrive for a meeting.
