Winnipeg drivers are being warned about a Friday morning water main break in the city’s North End. Video from the scene shows a flooded street in the 600 block of Matheson Avenue at Parr Street. There’s no word yet on the cause of the water main break or when it will be repaired. CTV News has reached out to the City of Winnipeg for more information and is awaiting a response.
