Two suspects have been arrested after police stopped a break-and-enter at a construction site. Just before 3 a.m. on Sunday, police were called to a break-in in the 200 block of Giles Boulevard East. When police arrived on scene, the found two men illegally went into the property and set off a motion sensor. The Windsor Police Service secured the perimeter, doing a search of the building. Both suspects were found on the third floor and were arrested without incident. Wire-cutting tools were seized. A 59-year-old man and a 46-year-old man were arrested and charged with break-and-enter at a place other than a dwelling.
