Next phase of Caldwell housing construction begins Monday

Caldwell First Nation is moving ahead with the next phase of on-reserve housing, adding more homes and more space for families to grow.

Construction begins Monday on phase two of Caldwell First Nation’s housing development, with 16 new homes going up on the reserve.

The mix of two-to five-bedroom homes will bring the total to 44, designed to meet the needs of both smaller and larger families

Leaders say this is about more than building, it’s about rebuilding community stability, and a future with move-in expected this fall.
