Teen pleads guilty to trespassing after hot tub sex romp

Guilty plea after raunchy hot tub break-in A trespasser who broke into a backyard hot tub with a female companion in Kelowna has pleaded guilty.

A teenager who was caught on camera getting frisky in a stranger's hot tub earlier this year has pleaded guilty to trespassing and mischief.

Kelowna resident Noah McDonald, 18, was recorded breaking into a property in B.C.'s Okanagan along with a woman back in May.

The pair then drank booze, smoked what appeared to be drugs, attempted to steal a television and were intimate in the homeowner's hot tub.

Mounties said "various illegal and obscene acts" were captured on surveillance camera that night.

"I was violated," the homeowner, Devon Smith, told CTV News. "These guys were low-lifes."

McDonald pleaded guilty to the two counts Monday and his accomplice, Surrey resident Sarah Ann Clementi, is expected to enter a guilty plea later this week.

That's of little comfort to the homeowner, however; he's still left with memories and mental images he wishes he could forget.

"Most people thought I should probably just get rid of the hot tub, but I've kept it," Smith said, adding that it had been well-cleaned.

There was one silver lining to the story: Smith said a sympathetic hot tub company saw what happened and sent him a locking mechanism, free of charge.
