Occupants escape house fire unhurt in Wilkie, Sask.

RCMP say no one was hurt after a fire broke out at a home in Wilkie, Sask.

Shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday, RCMP received a report of a house fire in the 500 block of Fourth Street West.

Everyone inside the home escaped uninjured by the time police and emergency crews arrived.

Firefighters quickly got the flames under control. The house sustained significant smoke and fire damage.

Investigators have determined that the cause of the fire is not suspicious in nature.
