The man wanted in connection to an alleged kidnapping in the area of Loon Lake has been arrested, according to police. RCMP arrested 31-year-old Kevin Watt on July 14 in Lloydminster. He made his first appearance in court on Wednesday. Police first alerted the public of a potential abduction near Makwa Lake just after midnight on July 13. The woman who was allegedly abducted was found approximately 12 hours later. RCMP efforts then fully focused on finding Watt. Police outlined four areas where the suspect possibly travelled to, including Lloydminster. Watt faces one count of kidnapping with a firearm and one count of failing to comply with an undertaking.
