Rainy Friday in the forecast for Ottawa

It will be a rainy start to the weekend in Ottawa, and rain is expected on three of the next four days.

Environment Canada’s forecast calls for a mainly cloudy start to the day with a 30 per cent chance of showers. Showers will begin this afternoon. High 20 C.

Showers will end after midnight then it will be mainly cloudy overnight with a 40 per cent chance of showers. Low 9 C.

A mix of sun and cloud is expected on Saturday. High 20 C.

Sunday will be cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of showers. High 20 C.

The outlook for Monday calls for a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 per cent chance of showers. High 21 C.

Tuesday will see a mix of sun and cloud. High 21 C.

The normal temperatures for this time of year are a high of 22 C and a low of 11 C.
