Ottawa’s sunny weather to last through the weekend

A stretch of sunny weather in Ottawa continues Thursday and is expected to last through the weekend.

Environment Canada’s weather forecast for the capital calls for a high of 15 C under a mainly sunny sky.

Overnight, however, the low is expected to drop to -2 C, making for a chilly morning on Friday.

Friday’s forecast is sunny with a high of 13 C.

Saturday is also looking sunny with a high of 13 C.

Sunday could see a few clouds with a high of 15 C. Monday is also looking partly cloudy.

A risk of showers returns to the forecast on Tuesday.
