Ottawa man, 73, charged with possession of child sexual abuse materials

The Ottawa Police Service has charged a 73-year-old man with offences related to child sexual abuse and exploitation materials (CSAEM).

Police searched a home in the south end of Ottawa on Thursday and seized several electronic devices, a news release said.

The man was charged with possessing and accessing CSAEM.

An investigation remains ongoing, pending examination of the seized devices, police said.
