Postponed construction that would have reduced part of Yellowhead Trail to one lane last weekend is going ahead this weekend. The city said motorists should expect delays between St. Albert Trail and 97 Street starting Friday. Additionally, the right turn from northbound 107 Street to eastbound Yellowhead Trail will remain closed, and the left turn from northbound 107 Street to westbound Yellowhead Trail will be reduced to one lane, for all of July. The construction is part of the Yellowhead Trail Freeway Conversion project. The work was supposed to be done June 5-7, but was delayed by rainfall.
