Ottawa paramedics say a pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Bronson Avenue on Friday evening. According to paramedics, emergency crews responded to the call near the intersection of Bronson Avenue and Renfrew Avenue around 5:34 p.m. The pedestrian, a man in his 60s, suffered serious injuries and was transported to the Ottawa Hospital trauma centre. In a statement to CTV News, Ottawa police said the incident is under investigation. Ottawa police say the road was closed following the collision but all roads are now open.
